Hill Kanellos joined Marcus & Millichap in 2016 to focus on retail investment sales. He specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased assets throughout the country and smaller credit-tenant strip centers in the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap Hill was a property manager for a family office with holdings in Maryland, Virginia and the Carolinas. This has enabled him to have a well-rounded understanding of commercial real estate across a vast geography which he now focuses. Hill’s ground-up entrance into the business has helped him to maximize returns for clients. Prior to departing his last position, Hill oversaw the redevelopment and renovation of numerous storefronts in Downtown Charleston, South Carolina. Hill is originally from the Washington, D.C. area where he attended Gonzaga College High School and currently lives on his family farm in Southern Maryland.
