Cory Haqq specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and advisory of shopping centers and single-tenant retail properties. Cory is a veteran investment sales broker with a career spanning over 15 years across different geographies, product types, and roles.

Throughout his career, Cory has been instrumental in facilitating numerous transactions, earning a reputation as a trusted advisor in the commercial real estate arena. His extensive knowledge of market trends, and out-of-the-box thinking, coupled with an innate ability to forge strategic partnerships, has consistently delivered exceptional results for his clients.

Prior to joining the Washington, D.C. office of Marcus & Millichap in September 2020, Cory served as an Associate Broker with Hunt Commercial Real Estate in Buffalo, NY. Cory was also an Advisor Board Member at Bank on Buffalo. Cory partnered with Dean Zang and David Crotts in Fall 2022 to expand the team’s reach and leverage Cory’s skills.

Cory is a Western New York native and as a testament to his dedication and commitment, Cory was named to the 40 under 40 class of 2016 by the Buffalo Business First. Cory has also received several community awards for his volunteer work and community-driven initiatives.

In addition to his thriving career, during his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, biking and volunteer work centered around at-risk youth, adding a well-rounded dimension to his professional prowess.
