Bei Liu specializes in acquisition, disposition & advisory of retail commercial properties in the Mid-Atlantic.  With a track record across a variety of real estate sectors, she has consistently demonstrated a keen understanding of market trends, property valuation, and negotiation strategies that maximize value for her clients.

Prior to joining Marcus Millichap, Bei was a real estate investment executive exclusively representing buyers and sellers, implementing creative investment strategies, facilitating 1031 exchanges, and connecting investors with sources of capital.  She was also a licensed real estate appraiser.  Her in-depth understanding of property valuation offers a rare and invaluable perspective in advisory services.

Bei obtained her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Robert H Smith School of Business at University of Maryland, College Park.  She’s also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. During her spare time, she enjoys hiking, photography, snowboarding, and spending time with her family.
